Refund policy.

First-week buyer protection: if you back out within 7 days of your first paid cycle starting, you get 75% of that cycle back, no questions asked. Due to the high value of the work delivered in that window, we're not able to refund 100% — the retained 25% covers ramp-up and any work already in progress.

After the first week, the subscription auto-renews every 30 days at the price displayed at checkout, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current cycle remains active until its end date.

If you cancel mid-cycle and want a refund for unused days, you may request one by email. Pro-rata is calculated on remaining whole days at the daily rate of the cycle (cycle price divided by 30).

Tickets that have been started, completed, or scheduled in the active cycle are not refundable, except under the first-week buyer protection above.

The Starter Pack is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if no tickets have been worked or are in progress.

Once any ticket has been started, the pack becomes non-refundable. Remaining unused tickets do not expire and may be redeemed against future work, but cannot be returned for cash.

Email contact@ondemandly.dev with the order ID from your Stripe receipt and a brief reason for the request.

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. We will reply with a decision and, if approved, the next steps.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If something feels wrong, please email us first. We resolve most issues quickly and a direct refund is faster than a chargeback.

Chargebacks issued without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the engagement and the loss of any unused tickets or banked subscription days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version that applies to a given purchase is the version published at the time of that purchase.
