We collect what you submit through forms on this site: name, email, company (optional), and the project details you provide when applying or onboarding.

We do not collect personal data from visitors who only browse the site, beyond what is needed to operate it (server logs, basic request metadata).

Form submissions are used to evaluate fit, set up your engagement, and communicate with you about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

We never see your full card details. Stripe handles card processing, fraud prevention, and 3-D Secure on its side. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the service. Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own published terms.

Resend — transactional email (form notifications and kickoff emails).

Cloudflare — hosting and Turnstile bot protection; processes IP addresses and request metadata.

If we add a ticket board or other tooling later, we will list it here.

Form submissions and engagement records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Billing records are retained for as long as required by Stripe and applicable tax law.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing contact@ondemandly.dev. We respond within 30 days.

If your data is held by Stripe (billing details), please follow Stripe's process — we do not have access to that data.

We use only essential cookies needed to operate the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for security and bot detection.

Ondemandly is operated from Brazil. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

For payments, Stripe processes data on its global infrastructure and handles GDPR, CCPA, and other regional payment-data requirements on its side.

This service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
